Ordering Policies
Minimum Opening Order
Our wholesale minimum order is $150.
This allows retailers to build a meaningful assortment while keeping the investment approachable.
Order Changes
Need to make a change?
We're happy to help.
Orders may be modified at no charge before they have shipped.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, changes can no longer be made.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Our team is always happy to help if your circumstances change.
Returns
Because many of our collections are handcrafted in small batches and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you experience a product quality issue, please review our Warranty Policy below or contact our team directly.

Protecting Our Retail Partners
Why We Don't Offer Dropshipping
Belmont Brands has always been committed to supporting independent retailers.
One of the ways we protect our retail partners is by encouraging retailers to invest in thoughtfully curated inventory rather than competing against unlimited online distribution.
For that reason, we do not offer a dropshipping program.
We believe this approach helps preserve product value, supports healthy margins, and protects the investment our retail partners make in building their assortments.
Brand & Pricing Integrity
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)
Our brands are built on craftsmanship, quality, and long-term value.
To protect both our retail partners and the integrity of our brands, Belmont Brands maintains a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy.
Retail partners remain free to determine the final selling price charged to customers.
Our MAP Policy applies only to advertised pricing.
By maintaining consistent advertised pricing, we help ensure:
- Healthy retail margins
- Strong brand perception
- Fair competition between retail partners
- Long-term value for our collections
A complete MAP Policy is available upon request and is provided to every authorized retail partner.
Third-Party Marketplace Policy
Belmont Brands products may not be sold through unauthorized third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, without prior written approval.
This policy protects our retail partners, preserves brand integrity, and helps ensure customers receive an authentic Belmont Brands experience.
Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality of every product we create.
Belmont Brands provides a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
If a product is believed to have a manufacturing defect, please submit:
- Proof of purchase
- Two photographs showing the issue
- A completed Warranty Submission Form
Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at Belmont Brands' discretion.
Damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care is not covered.
Our goal is always to resolve legitimate warranty claims quickly and fairly.
